Foreign exchange for undertaking business travel or attending a conference or specialised training or for maintenance expenses of a patient going abroad for medical treatment or check-up abroad or for accompanying as attendant to a patient going abroad for medical treatment/check-up to the limits specified in Schedule III to the Rules.

To release of foreign exchange for the purpose of shooting sequences of feature films at overseas locations by film production companies registered in India.

3. An application from the production house on their letterhead detailing the name, location, duration of shooting, list of crew members with their PAN no [ copy of PAN ], Passport numbers [ copy of Passport with address page ], & Aadhar no [ copy of Aadhar ] (Annexure AF).
4. An estimate of expenses likely to be incurred during the shoot which tallies with the amount of Forex applied for release.
5. An undertaking an appropriate use of Forex for the purpose for which it has been drawn.
6. An undertaking for submission of a statement of account detailing the expense incurred during the film shoot with all supporting attached.
7. Submission of statement of account detailing the expenses incurred along with copies of bills, supports attached. This statement has to be verified & certified by a qualified CA, after completion of shootings.
8. On letter head of the company, Name of the film & Synopsis of the film.
