- GoRemit.in will not be responsible for any transaction executed through us by forge or unprofessed information. User will be solely responsible for such action and liable to regulatory actions

- All order values will be rounded off to the nearest currency unit.
- Deliveries only to the area covered by GoRemit.in, for location assistance call our helpline.
- Rates are subjected to major fluctuation.
- User understands and agrees that all other foreign currency travel card related terms and condition as displayed on the card issuing banks website will be applicable.
- The source of funds for making the purchases/remittances on this site belong to me and the foreign exchange shall not be used for prohibited purposes.
- The orders placed are not designed for the purpose of any contravention or evasion of the provisions of the FEMA 1999 Act or of any Rule, Regulation, Notification, Direction or Order made there under.
- The Customer agrees and undertakes to provide such information /documents as will reasonably satisfy us about the transaction in terms of the RBI Limits for Foreign Exchange Purchases or sales. The customer shall be responsible and liable for any incorrect information provided by him.
- The foreign exchange purchased from this site should be used within 60 days of purchase. In case it is not possible to use the foreign exchange within the period of 60 days, same should be surrendered to an Authorised person.
- Door delivery will only be available for order value greater than USD 250 or equivalent and within city limit of 20kms from the branch. Currently Currency notes are serviced only in Mumbai and Forex Cards will be couriered pan india, Customer must book order well in advance assuming as weeks’ time for the courier to reach the delivery address mentioned at the time of booking the transaction.
- All documents are mandatory. A2/BTQ form and Bank reload forms need to be submitted for every transaction.
- Payment and all 'relevant' documents need to be submitted within 24 hrs. of placing the order or else the rates will be applicable when the complete payment and documentation is received.
- Currency notes are subjected to availability
- We do not accept coins for encashment.
- Encashment of currency notes will only happen after verification by branch for the condition/validity of notes, transaction can be denied if branch does not find the currency appropriate for encashment.

- ATM withdrawal Charges are specific to each bank card. Please check the appropriate bank website for the same. General schedule of charges will also be available in the information booklet provided with the card kit.
- All encashment will be done only in favour of card holder, irrespective of payment being done by primary card holder (Regulatory Norms and Standard Operating Procedures).
- The information provided on our website is used only for the completion of services; we may share this information with our partners for completion of services with whom we have lawful contracts. We ensure all data collected is completely secured and safe.
- GoRemit.in may amend/ change the usage policy for betterment of client service and safety. User is advised to review these clauses in regular interval or you may write to us for any further query.
- Unauthorized use of the website may lead to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
- You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which together with your login e-mail address, allows you to access certain portions of the website.

- The Customer agrees to protect and fully compensate GoRemit.in and their affiliates from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, expenses and costs, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, caused by or arising from violation of the terms and conditions, infringement or infringement by any other user of Customer's account, intellectual property or other right of anyone.

- GoRemit.in is a service provider and does not own any of the products.
- GoRemit.in takes complete responsibility of servicing our clients for all transactions made through us in coordination with our service provider
- GoRemit.in may send newsletters, promotional messages & updates to registered users when required.
- This service is only available for Indian Nationals residing in India.

- Gross Amount of Transaction : Value up to Rs.1,00,000/-
- Applicable tax: One per cent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount up to one lakh rupees, subject to a minimum amount of two hundred and fifty rupees. E.g. If Gross amount = 90,000/- then GST = 18% of (1% of the Gross Amount)
- The minimum amount of service tax to be paid is Rs.45/- irrespective of transaction value up to Rs.25,000/-
- Gross Amount of Transaction: Value > Rs.1,00,000 up to Rs.10,00,000/-
- Applicable tax: One thousand rupees and half of a per cent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount exceeding one lakh rupees and up to ten lakh rupees. E.g. If Gross amount = 1, 90,000/- then GST = 18% of (1,000+ .5% of 90,000 (i.e. 1,00,000-1,90,000))
- Gross Amount of Transaction: Value > Rs.10,00,000/-
- Applicable tax: Five thousand and five hundred rupees and one tenth of a percent. of the gross amount of currency exchanged for an amount exceeding ten lakh rupees, subject to maximum amount of sixty thousand rupees. E.g. If Gross amount = 10, 90,000/- then GST= 18% of (5,500+ .1% of 90,000 (i.e. 10,00,000-10,90,000))
- All payments made are routed directly to RBI authorised service provider, who will be delivering your forex.
- All Transactions to be executed by an RBI dealer.

- TCS will be applicable for all transactions above INR 7 lacs except tour cost remittances wherein TCS will be applicable on the entire amount from INR 1
- TCS will be applicable on all modes (Remittance, FCY cash, Travel card, FCY DD, FCY TC) of foreign exchange availed by an individual
- TCS will be applicable on all LRS related transactions at the rate of 5%
- The period for calculation of TCS will be the Financial Year (01/04/2020 to 31/03/2021). E.g.: if an individual has availed FX worth 7 lacs during the period April to September 2020 there is no liability to pay TCS. However, he will be subjected to TCS for any additional FX purchase from 1st October 2020 to 31st March 2021
- TCS for tour cost remittance will have to be collected by the tour operator and remitted to the government. A declaration from the tour operator has to be obtained for all transactions
- For overseas student remittances where the student has availed of an education loan the rate of TCS applicable is 0.5% (copy of loan disbursement letter, loan sanction letter and last 2 years ITR return acknowledgement copy to be obtained) and if self-funded rate is 5% (last 2 years ITR return acknowledgement copy to be obtained) else TCS applicability would be 10 %.
- A Exemption (if applicable) on TCS can be made only basis a self - declaration signed by the customer that he/she has not availed of foreign exchange above Rs.7 lacs during the financial year on similar lines which is currently obtained for LRS limit declaration
- The quantum of foreign exchange availed through any of our branches can be ascertained from our accounting system and the same will be the sole deciding factor whether to collect TCS or not
- TCS will not be applicable on foreign exchange availed for Business visits abroad

- Secondary Card is not free and comes at a miniscule cost. The Secondary card can be availed only on requests.
- There will be charges for ATM withdrawals as well as Cash POS. Refer the T&C in the card kit for the charges.
- Cash IN POS means swiping the card at any merchant outlet to take cash in return. Merchant can charge an amount as per their wish without the involvement of GoRemit.in
- Refer the card kit T&C to understand the daily limits of cash withdrawal as well as limits for swiping card at outlets for purchases.
- Cross currency conversion charges would be applicable if currency loaded in card does not match with the local currency of the country a customer is transacting in. e.g. : If a card is loaded with Euros and used in any country outside Europe then these charges are applicable. In such cases the exchange rate will be determined at the sole discretion of the bank. Refer the card kit T&C for such charges.
- This card cannot be used in India except Duty free shops on Airport.
- The card has chip & Pin protection. Certain merchants might not require a pin to be entered basis their arrangement with local banks.
- This is a bank product and the T&C's can be changed by the bank with no involvement of GoRemit.in
- In case of card being lost / damaged / stolen, customer need to block the card immediately by calling the bank helpline number mentioned in Card Kit. GoRemit.in will not be responsible for any misuse of card in such cases.

- You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:
- belongs to another person and to which You, the user, does not have any right to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share;
- is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986;
- is misleading in any way;
- is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
- promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
- infringes upon or violates any third party's rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity];
- promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- Contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- Provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone;
- Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

- Tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
- Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" products related to the Website. Throughout this Terms of Use, Goremit's prior written consent means a communication coming from Goremit's Legal Department, specifically in response to Your request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which You seek authorization;
- Solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which We, in Our sole discretion, believe is or could be construed as being illegal;
- Interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the Website or any other individual's User and enjoyment of similar services;
- Refers to any website or URL that, in Our sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Website or any other website, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.
- Harm minors in any way;

- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

- directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.
- shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider ("ISPs") or other suppliers;
- By using or visiting our website/ mobile apps, you acknowledge that by creating any kind of order or request on our website/ mobile apps, you are explicitly giving us and any of our channel partners the permission to send out communications to you via call, email, Whatsapp messages or SMS regarding your order or regarding marketing promotions that are being carried out by us.
- You are hereby notified that You must be well aware of the rules & regulations and the risks involved in booking foreign exchange products. We will not be held responsible for any data accessed, stolen, misused or misappropriated in any way by any third party due to unauthorized use of the Website by any third party intentionally or unintentionally.
- You are believed to have read and to have understood these Terms as well as all eligibility criteria and other formalities applicable to the Services being offered and undertake to abide by the same and do not dispute them..
- We shall endeavor to make all reasonable efforts to give You a hassle-free transaction of foreign exchange products for your personal use, however, we are not agents of any Bank, any currency exchange company, any mobile phone operator, any sim card vendor or any insurance company and will not be responsible for the actual transaction between  users and channel partners including but not limited to losses incurred by users on account of delay in service, soiled Bank notes, Old series notes, currency notes with any mark, counterfeit Indian Currency, soiled or/and counterfeit foreign currency notes exchanged between the user and the channel partners, or inactivated sim card, incorrect/unauthorized transactions on Forex cards, delay in transactions or Card funding’s/unloading’s due to third party bank servers, lapse or delay in insurance or any other discrepancy or dispute that may arise between the channel partner and the user on account of channel partner's standards and flaws in order of processing by  the channel partner associated with us.
- That if any discrepancy is detected in the documents furnished by You at any time of applying for foreign exchange or the details as furnished by You are found to be incomplete or inaccurate, which inaccuracy, discrepancy or error are detected at any stage of the process, or the channel partner finds that execution of the order made by You is in violation of any applicable laws rules, regulations, notifications, guidelines, ordinances, amended Government Policies, RBI Bank Policies or for reasons beyond the control of GoRemit.in or our channel partner leading to cancellation of the transaction our channel partner shall not process the request any further and they would be fully entitled to cancel the transaction at their sole discretion without any further notice to the You. In the said event the amount deposited by You for the transaction would be credited to Your Account within 30 days after deducting the applicable cancellation charges etc. and in the said event, You shall not have any right to raise any claim against us or any of our agents, officials, employees or assigns or our channel partner or any of their agents, officials, employees or assigns, In excess of which the present terms of use contain a cancellation policy qua the products and services available through us, the same shall be binding in all cases of voluntary or involuntary cancelations
- We would not, under any circumstance, be liable for any transactions executed by the user on websites hosted by any third party.
- If you are transacting through us for Foreign Exchange, You have been deemed to represent that the total amount of foreign exchange purchased from or remitted through, all sources including through this service is within the prescribed limits set forth by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is also as per the Exchange Control Regulations of RBI in operation at the time of the transaction and the applicable laws in force from time to time.
- We will not be held liable for failure of Forex Travel Cards issued by Banks, channel partners directly or by exchange companies associated with us as channel partners including but not limited to reasons such as bank's server downtime, card not working at POS, ATM Authentication failure, PIN not working, delay in card funding for more than predefined turnaround time or any dispute, discrepancy on any transaction made using forex card etc. In all cases of service deficiency, disputes, malpractice, illegal trade practices, you must contact the issuing Bank or Financial institution directly. We may coordinate with Banks or Exchange companies to facilitate better customer service without assuming any responsibility whatsoever on behalf of the channel partners or exchange companies for any deficiency of service or illegal trade practices. Furthermore, in case of any insurance policies purchased by you through us, the said policies would be subject to its own set of regulations and laws. We would not be liable for any change in the same, any dispute regarding the same would be subject matter to resolution between the financial institution issuing the said policy and the user.
- We shall not be held liable for any act done by our officers, employees, representatives, assigns, agents etc. which is beyond the scope of their employment or regular course of duty. We do not charge any commission or extra fee for the purposes of expediting your transactions. We shall not be liable for any person including our officers, employees, representatives, assigns, agents or the officers, employees, representatives, assigns, agents of our channel partners misrepresenting the same to you by illegally or inappropriately rendering any services not offered on the website, you are advised to report such incidents, with full details, at the earliest to the grievance officer.
- We shall not be held liable to You for non-availability of the Services for any reason including but not limited to natural calamities, legal restraints, network failure, or any other reason beyond our control.
- We would, under no circumstance, be liable for any damage/ injury of whatsoever nature sustained by You or by any other person authorized or benefiting on Your behalf. You, by way of the present Terms of use, are put to notice that we may hold and process Your Personal Information provided by You and all other information concerning Your Account(s) on the computer system or otherwise in connection with the Service being facilitated or availed of by You from Us. It is further clarified that no responsibility of any such information being illegally or wrongfully being accessed by any third party or any unauthorized entity shall be fastened on us for any intent or purpose.
- Offers/Schemes provided by/on the Website are exclusively for users of the Website, and are applicable only under specific circumstances as may be elucidated and elaborated upon during the operation of the relevant and concerned scheme and may or may not be applicable on some commodities or services listed on the Website. All offers are applicable within validity stated under offer details. Coupon code may get invalid with or without prior information about the same and no specific notice may be served upon the user under any circumstance for any such expiry.
- We shall not be liable in any case of non-applicability of third party offers listed on the Website. The User agrees to read all terms and conditions regarding the specific scheme/offer in operation at the relevant time before applying.
- We provide a platform for transaction of foreign exchange products limited to bank operated Foreign Exchange Cards, vendors for currency notes, remittance of foreign exchange. The transaction is facilitated through third party vendors only, and we are in no way an agent, or in any way responsible for the execution of the transaction, if there is any dispute qua the same, please contact the third party vendor for the resolution of the same. Goremit will not be liable for any claim arising out of any such issue, you hereby are notified of the same.
- The above mentioned products are available on the portal. You may access the portal and select the Foreign exchange as per your needs. You may then select the mode in which you wish to purchase the foreign exchange, in form of a multi currency card, which is prepaid and reloadable, currency notes or travellers cheques.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AGAINST NO-OBLIGATION ORDER (ORDERS WHERE THE RATE ISN'T FIXED):
- In the eventuality that You select the option of a No-obligation Transaction, You shall be required to confirm eligibility to book a retail forex / outward remittance transaction but are not required to deposit any advance deposit or upfront full payment equivalent to order total to freeze transaction rates and the transaction rates applied are those that appear on the Website at the time of actual transaction.
- No-obligation orders can be cancelled by You or us or our channel partners by way of a written request, notifying the other concerned party of the cancellation, which shall be furnished at least 2 hours before the stated time of actual transaction or before making Full payment of the order. There is no charge for cancellation of a no-obligation transaction.
- No obligation orders cannot be cancelled once the actual transaction has been executed.
- No obligation order cancellation will be levied with cancellation charges if Full payment is already received to the executing channel partner/vendor

CANCELLATION OF FIXED RATE ORDERS:
- In case of a fixed rate order, we offer the users of the Website the opportunity to freeze the Foreign Exchange product transaction rates, as available live, online. Which means that you will receive the exact same rate that you see on the website, as frozen by you on the website, however, these fixed rates shall only be applicable if the actual transaction is executed within two working days of your order confirmation.
- Fixed rate orders can be booked either by paying a fully refundable rate guarantee non-adjustable deposit of 2% of the booked transaction value or by making full payment upfront via GOREMIT.IN website while placing the order or post placing the no-obligation order. The aforementioned advance may be paid by a credit or debit card or through net banking, using our secured payment gateway or by NEFT / RTGS.
- Fixed rates transactions require us to solidify your booked order, which means on you confirming a fixed rate order, we place back-to-back orders to freeze rates for you with our trusted channel partners and hence we cannot cancel such an order, However, if such an order is found to be irregular for reasons including but not limited to non-compliance of the applicable laws, rules, regulations, notifications, ordinances or by- laws or for non-availability of supporting documents required as per RBI / FEMA guidelines or the Anti-Money laundering Guidelines of the RBI, the same will automatically be cancelled at our instance or by our channel partner and the non-adjustable deposit payment not exceeding and up to a maximum of 2% of the transaction value as deposited by You made to us shall stand forfeited with or without any further notice whatsoever. In case of cancellations of orders with only full payment received, 2% of the order total will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded (Payment Convenience Fee will not be refunded in any case)
- You are hereby deemed to have been notified that any Cancellation of fixed rate orders by you, on your booked fixed rate orders or on account of regulatory requirements or under any circumstances will attract cancellation charges of our channel partners apart from currency swaps and will result in the fixed rate deposits, as mentioned hereinabove, being forfeited with or without any further notice to you.
- Further, the foreign exchange products would be issued subject to your eligibility in terms of the applicable laws, rules, regulations, bye laws, ordinances and notifications, as well as verification of the documents submitted by you to our channel partners. Our channel partners may refuse to fulfill orders for reasons of non-compliance, suspicious transactions as required under RBI / FEMA guidelines or Anti-Money laundering Guidelines of the RBI. It is clarified that we shall not be responsible or be held liable for any damage of injury caused to you in such eventuality, and you may approach the channel partner in this regard directly for all and every clarification.

2% of the order total will be deducted or forfeited from the paid amount even in following other cases where BMF is not able to execute the orders within 2 working days of the order placed:
- Trip postponed/preponed
- Any mandatory document isn't received
- Already have existing card of the bank which is being issued by/via Goremit/ Goremit
- Actual traveller isn't available at the time of actual transaction
- Forged or expired documents received
- In case of encashment or unload card orders, sufficient balance on the card or currency notes aren't available
- Wrong product selected while booking the order
- Any incorrect/inaccurate information provided to Goremit/ Goremit website or its employees which led to delay or cancellation of the order
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All insurance related products are regulated as per the IRDAI rules and regulations, all the offers available on our portal are subject to the offer document that is been given by the insurer, we do not have any role to play in the same. The offer document must be properly read before entering into the same. The offer document is presented and prepared by the insurer and GoRemit.in/ GoRemit.in is not an agent and does not in any way endorse any insurance policy, all and every insurance policy is promoted by the insurer and the user is liable to be aware of the contents of the same before entering into the insurance policy with any insurer. You hereby indemnify us and all our officers from any claim that may arise qua the insurance policy. All and every claim qua insurance may only be resolved by the insurer and not by GoRemit.in/ GoRemit.in or any of its officers.

CANCELLATION & REFUND/CHARGEBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INSURANCE PRODUCTS)
Cancellation of all insurance policies are subject to the insurance policy and are particular to the same. GoRemit.in in no way has any responsibility or duty in case of cancellation of any policy the same can only be conducted through the insurer. CHARGEBACKS
You may dispute a transaction carried out through our Website and file a Chargeback with your issuing bank for the reversal of that transaction. Chargeback allows transactions to be reversed by you under specified circumstances such as, on account of (i) alleged forgery of the card number / bank account or other details (ii) any charge/debit made on a card that has been listed as a hot listed card or otherwise listed on the card association (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) warning bulletins (iii) duplicate processing of the transaction; or (iv) for other reasons as per applicable rules and guidelines issued by RBI, card Associations, your card/payment instrument issuing bank etc. However, we reserve the right to reject a Chargeback, including but not limited to, under the following circumstances:
- In the event your medical tests or underwriting is in process with your chosen insurer, not exceeding a period of 3 months from the date of your insurance policy application
- In the event there is any delay caused on the part of the insurer in conducting medical tests or during the process of medical underwriting or issuance of insurance policy or any service provided by the insurer in connection with the insurance policy issuance, not exceeding a period of 3 months from the date of your insurance policy application
- In case your insurance policy application is rejected by the insurer, post your medical test Goremit shall not be liable to you, in any form or manner whatsoever, for any claims, disputes, proceedings which may arise in connection with Chargebacks initiated by you in the circumstances as specified under (1), (2) and (3) herein above.
INTERNATIONAL SIM CARDS
We list international Sim cards on the portal for your convenient search and purchase, the said Sim cards are listed by third party vendors, GoRemit.in is not an agent or a representative of any sim card operator and thus, not liable qua the service of the same, any disputes qua the sim card may be taken up with the sim card operator by the user.
Once you have confirmed the purchase of the sim card, it shall be shipped to you, and shall be activated as per your requirement or pre-approved conditions.
CANCELATION OF SIM CARDS
The cancellation of sim cards may be done by calling the sim card operator or through the GoRemit.in support, in case you have purchased a sim card and the same has not been delivered to you, then the said SIM card may be cancelled and a full refund shall be furnished to you within 21 working days.
In case you have purchased a SIM card, and the same has been delivered to you, however, not activated yet, the same may be cancelled however, only 50% of the amount shall be refunded to you.
No cancellation is possible if and once the SIM card has been activated. Any issues faced by the user qua the SIM card may be taken up with the Sim card operator and GoRemit.in shall have no liability or duty qua the same, GoRemit.in is only a facilitator of the service and does not endorse or warrant the sale of any specific product.

Goremit is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between the users and our channel partners. Goremit cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned channel partner will perform any transaction concluded on the Website if the transaction is a no-obligation transaction. Goremit shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the user and the channel partner, if there is any dispute between the channel partner and the user then the user or channel partner must endeavor to communicate directly and resolve such issues with the channel partner or user respectively.
